1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Username Sleuth, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Description of Service

Username Sleuth is an open-source intelligence (OSINT) tool that allows users to search for a username across multiple online platforms and social networks. The Service provides:

• Username availability and presence checks across hundreds of platforms
• Aggregated public profile information associated with a given username
• Detailed search reports that can be viewed and downloaded
• Historical search tracking and dashboard management

The Service relies on publicly available information. We do not access private accounts, bypass security measures, or collect non-public data.

3. Account Registration

To use Username Sleuth, you must create an account by authenticating through one of our supported OAuth providers:

• Google OAuth — Sign in with your Google account
• Discord OAuth — Sign in with your Discord account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials with the OAuth provider
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Username Sleuth offers the following pricing plans, processed securely through Stripe:

By purchasing a subscription or report, you agree that:

• All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated
• Monthly subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
• You authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method
• Prices may change with reasonable notice; existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Username Sleuth only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to:

• Harass, stalk, intimidate, or threaten any individual
• Engage in doxxing or publish private information about others without consent
• Conduct illegal surveillance or violate any applicable laws
• Attempt to access non-public information or bypass platform security measures
• Automate access to the Service (scraping, bots) without prior written permission
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit search results without authorization
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use policies.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is and will remain the exclusive property of NexMingle Technology Co., Limited. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Search results generated by the Service aggregate publicly available information and do not constitute our intellectual property. You retain the right to use search reports you have purchased for personal or legitimate professional purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We specifically disclaim:

• Accuracy: Search results are based on publicly available information and are not guaranteed to be 100% accurate, complete, or up-to-date. Platforms may change their public APIs, remove profiles, or restrict access at any time.
• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.
• Fitness for Purpose: The Service may not be suitable for all intended uses, including legal proceedings, employment decisions, or any purpose requiring verified information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexMingle Technology Co., Limited and its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any errors or omissions in search results or content
• Any actions taken by you or third parties based on information obtained through the Service

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Refund Policy

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Single Reports: Eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase if the report has not been generated or if a technical error prevented delivery.
• Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Your access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
• Lifetime Plans: Eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 3 searches have been performed.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting us via email to request account deletion
• Discontinuing use of the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
