Complaints
Something went wrong — a charge you didn't expect, a report that missed, an ad that promised more than we delivered. Tell us here and we will actually fix it. This is the fastest route to a refund or a resolution, and it costs you nothing.

You don't need to log in, and complaining never affects your access.
Charged unexpectedly? Start here, not at your bank.
We refund eligible charges directly, usually the same day, and the money is back on your card in 5–10 business days. A card dispute reaches the same outcome in 30–75 days — and once one is opened, the payment is frozen and we can no longer refund you ourselves even if we want to. So give us the 24hours first. If we don't make it right, nothing stops you disputing afterwards.
How we handle it
- 1
Logged with a case number
The moment you hit submit you get a case number on screen and by email. That is your written acknowledgement — proof the complaint exists and is on our clock.
- 2
Investigated against your actual record
We pull up the exact charge, scan or subscription behind your complaint. We look at what really happened, not at what should have happened.
- 3
Answered within 24 hours
You get a written reply explaining what we found and what we're doing about it. If a refund or cancellation is due, we action it before we reply — not after you chase us.
- 4
Closed, or escalated
Everything closes within 15 days. If our answer doesn't satisfy you, come back to this page, quote your case number and file an escalation — a second person reviews it from scratch.
If you're still not satisfied
Submit a new complaint on this page with your original case number in the first line. It is routed to someone who has not seen the case before and is treated as a fresh review, not as a reply to the old thread. You keep every other right you have — escalating with us never takes away your right to raise the matter with your card issuer or a consumer body afterwards.
Note: our emails are sent from an unmonitored address, so please don't reply to them — this page is the channel that reaches a human. For general questions that aren't complaints, the support button in the bottom-right corner is quicker. Privacy and data-deletion requests can also be filed here; see our Privacy Policy and Terms.
